Like society, companies are identical in terms of composition, there are soldiers, always ready for combat, obedient and disciplined, administrators for whom an approved document is more important than the person who approves, artists for whom only the spirit counts, religious for whom the faith is more important than anything , who would follow the preacher everywhere. Thus, companies are sometimes reduced to too simplistic models of human behaviour: the 4 colours of thinking, MBTI, etc. while the composition spectrum is much wider and richter. Pay close attention to reductive approaches that classify people in a simplistic way. Explore more deeply the profound societal analogies, that can provide often answers to the different complexes questions with more finesse and nuance.

We are more in control than ever
Attended a session “Power Beliefs“, amazing and real discovery, most of our interactions with others are based on feelings and perception. Unfortunately we are not sure about how much we control our “destiny”, what is the percentage of a given, our cultural heritage the role that our education, etc… can play to design our present and future. It looks like that we are often and always-in control at least more than we think. This is a good news for those who aspire to be better or just different.
